Acquainting the Black community with opportunities in the fields of Engineering and Technical Sciences. Encouraging Black youth to enter the Engineering and Technical Science professions and to master their school work. Assisting minorities in Engineering and Science fields to secure employment. Assisting members in developing themselves culturally. Establishing contact between the black community and professionals in the Engineering and Science fields. ​"
